What you will do

• Design and develop large-scale, distributed software systems to support Prime Video content providers.
• Transition manual supply chain processes into automated, self-service tools for global studios and filmmakers.
• Build and optimize high-availability APIs and services using AWS infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system reliability and scalability improvements.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, and code reviews.
• Continuously improve system performance and support the growth of the Prime Video platform.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional non-internship software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in systems design, architecture, reliability, and scaling.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C++, or C#.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Must be able to work onsite in Culver City, CA.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience with AWS technologies like S3, DynamoDB, SNS, and SQS.
• Deep understanding of multi-threaded application development and concurrency.
