What you will do

• Design and build scalable backend services to power web applications and platform orchestration.
• Own major product surfaces, including billing, access control, and developer tooling, from architecture to production.
• Improve system reliability, performance, and developer experience for customers building on AI.
• Collaborate directly with product, frontend, and infrastructure teams to ship end-to-end features.
• Engage with customers to understand pain points and drive improvements based on real-world use cases.
• Aggressively utilize and integrate AI tooling to automate workflows and enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience solving real-world problems.
• 2+ years of specific experience working with AI, including agents, bots, or building on top of models.
• Ability to think in terms of systems, tradeoffs, and business impact.
• Strong focus on developer experience and clean abstractions.
• Comfortable collaborating with both human team members and AI systems.
