What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for core infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product and frontend engineers.
• Build and maintain APIs for seamless internal and third-party service integration.

• Implement secure coding practices to protect member data.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of backend software development experience (Java, Python, or C#).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of event-driven systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL database design.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure such as AWS.
• Must be based in or relocate to Boston, MA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and developer enablement.
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Background in cloud security, incident response, or localization platforms.
