What you will do
- Own the end-to-end performance of paid digital channels, specifically Google Ads and Meta.
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns including keyword strategy, targeting, and budget allocation.
- Conduct structured experiments across creative, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Analyze campaign performance daily and translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product and web teams to enhance on-site journeys and landing page performance.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities across emerging platforms and campaign types.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, particularly in paid search and social.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions.
- Experience in writing effective, high-performing ad copy for business audiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- Must be able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
- English proficiency required for communication and copywriting.
