TL;DR

Performance Marketing Executive (Ecommerce): Managing day-to-day campaign delivery across paid channels, including Meta, Google, and Pinterest with an accent on campaign setup, tracking, and optimization. Focus on A/B testing, data accuracy, and aligning campaigns with trading priorities and brand storytelling.

Location: Hybrid in London, with three to four days on-site each week.

What you will do

  • Build and launch paid campaigns across Meta and Google, with exposure to Pinterest and emerging platforms.
  • Own end-to-end campaign execution within ad platforms, from brief to launch.
  • Monitor performance daily, flagging pacing issues and opportunities for optimization.
  • Support and execute structured A/B testing across audiences, formats, and creative.
  • Collaborate with brand, creative, and merchandising teams to align campaigns with trading priorities.
  • Regularly review tracking setup to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and/or Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of core performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Familiarity with attribution basics and tracking (e.g. GA4, UTMs, pixel implementation).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and commercial teams.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of how paid media supports trading performance in a retail environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Pinterest or other emerging paid channels.
  • Exposure to Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience working within a fashion, retail, or eCommerce environment.
