What you will do
- Identify, approach, and close agreements with strategic agencies to build a partner network.
- Activate merchant opportunities by unblocking stalled deals and accelerating sales decisions.
- Organize and host ecosystem events to generate demand and strengthen partner relationships.
- Maintain long-term engagement with key partners to ensure sustained pipeline generation.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to convert partner-sourced leads into revenue.
- Track and report key performance metrics including revenue, pipeline, and event impact.
Requirements
- Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales with a track record of closing deals.
- Native level of Spanish required.
- Communicative level of English required (CV must be in English).
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable revenue results.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior profiles at agencies and merchants.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a proactive and autonomous approach.
Nice to have
- Professional background in ecommerce, payments, or the agency world.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
