What you will do

  • Identify, approach, and close agreements with strategic agencies to build a partner network.
  • Activate merchant opportunities by unblocking stalled deals and accelerating sales decisions.
  • Organize and host ecosystem events to generate demand and strengthen partner relationships.
  • Maintain long-term engagement with key partners to ensure sustained pipeline generation.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to convert partner-sourced leads into revenue.
  • Track and report key performance metrics including revenue, pipeline, and event impact.

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, or sales with a track record of closing deals.
  • Native level of Spanish required.
  • Communicative level of English required (CV must be in English).
  • Strong commercial mindset with a focus on measurable revenue results.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior profiles at agencies and merchants.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a proactive and autonomous approach.

Nice to have

  • Professional background in ecommerce, payments, or the agency world.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
