TL;DR
Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager: Delivering multi-channel campaigns and driving performance acquisition and customer engagement with an accent on in-app banner advertising and customer journeys. Location: Hybrid working in London, with a minimum of two days a week at an onsite location.

What you will do
- Lead campaign delivery from ideation through execution, ensuring differentiation through superior targeting and creative quality.
- Analyse campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with UK Digital, Product, and Marketing teams, as well as external agency partners.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximise return on investment and drive commercial performance.
- Develop clear roadmaps and testing designs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and proactively address challenges to maintain high standards of control and governance.
Requirements
- Extensive digital marketing experience, particularly across paid media channels.
- Experience with 'in app' banner advertising and customer journeys.
- Familiarity with Tableau or similar reporting platforms.
- Ability to analyse key performance metrics and identify optimisation and testing opportunities.
- Experience defining audiences and collaborating with targeting teams to reach relevant prospects.
- Ability to prompt AI tools to create effective short form copy.
Nice to have
- Financial Services industry experience (or experience in telecoms, utilities or other comparable industries).
- Experience across multiple digital channels – including video, display, social, radio, press, email, and DOOH.
