What you will do

  • Map the APAC digital agency and consultancy ecosystem to identify potential partners aligned with company goals.
  • Define and execute the structure, criteria, and segmentation for the agency partnership program.
  • Proactively identify, recruit, and activate new agency partners to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to execute integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators including pipeline growth, win rates, and customer retention.
  • Manage existing agency partners to drive upsell and renewal opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or agency ecosystem roles.
  • Deep understanding of business models within SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech landscapes.
  • Demonstrated success in partner acquisition, co-selling, and revenue generation.
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex cross-functional environments.
  • Existing relationships within the APAC agency landscape is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CX platforms.
  • Proven track record in building go-to-market engines from scratch.
