What you will do
- Map the APAC digital agency and consultancy ecosystem to identify potential partners aligned with company goals.
- Define and execute the structure, criteria, and segmentation for the agency partnership program.
- Proactively identify, recruit, and activate new agency partners to drive qualified leads and sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to execute integrated go-to-market plans.
- Establish and track key performance indicators including pipeline growth, win rates, and customer retention.
- Manage existing agency partners to drive upsell and renewal opportunities.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in channel management, business development, or agency ecosystem roles.
- Deep understanding of business models within SaaS, MarTech, or AdTech landscapes.
- Demonstrated success in partner acquisition, co-selling, and revenue generation.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and navigate complex cross-functional environments.
- Existing relationships within the APAC agency landscape is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
