What you will do

  • Execute and support global sales excellence strategies ensuring regional alignment.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve performance, operational rigor, and process standardization.
  • Co-own forecast accuracy by supporting methodologies, playbooks, and enabling technologies.
  • Prepare actionable insights for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Leverage CRM and BI data to identify performance trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the adoption and rollout of AI-supported analytics and sales tools.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or strategy roles within a technology company.
  • Must be based in Saudi Arabia.
  • Advanced experience with CRM systems and Salesforce specifically.
  • Strong analytical background with SQL and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional projects.
  • English proficiency required.
