What you will do
- Lead internal operations and the office IT team, overseeing infrastructure and device lifecycle management.
- Manage the SaaS ecosystem, including vendor relations, license renewals, and operational IT spend optimization.
- Drive compliance and governance initiatives, including SOC2 readiness and GDPR processes.
- Support process innovation by structuring company knowledge and prototyping efficiency solutions.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable processes to support international teams.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights regarding system usage and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, information systems, or operations management.
- 6–10 years of professional experience in business operations, internal systems, or IT operations.
- Proven ability to manage teams and SaaS tools in a global organization.
- Solid understanding of internal governance, compliance frameworks, and operational best practices.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be based in Germany.

- Experience with process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Practical experience with AI-powered tools.
- Proficiency in German.
