What you will do

• Develop multi-year category strategies for software, cloud services, cybersecurity, and hardware spend.
• Lead complex RFPs, competitive bids, and direct negotiations for high-value technology agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, including drafting, redlining, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and data protection frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership in Security, Architecture, and Finance to translate technical requirements into cost-effective sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate contract risks related to data privacy, SLAs, and vendor lock-in to mitigate exposure.
• Drive continuous year-over-year cost optimization and supplier performance improvements.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in IT procurement, technology sourcing, or vendor management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT Management, or Finance.
• Strong understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, SaaS, and AI/ML tool markets.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale supplier portfolios and high-value negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency in procurement platforms such as Zip, Oracle, or IronClad.

Nice to have

• MBA or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, ITIL, or FinOps Practitioner.
