What you will do

• Design and implement scalable operational workflows across the Secret Media Network.
• Identify bottlenecks and standardize processes to ensure consistency across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Drive AI automation initiatives to improve productivity and execution speed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Data, to align operations with business objectives.
• Define and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
• Maintain clear operational playbooks and ensure stakeholder adoption.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations, supply chain, or media/marketing operations.
• Strong background in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in defining and tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Hands-on mindset with experience moving rapidly from strategy to execution.

Nice to have

• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application for operational efficiency.
