What you will do

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across the Secret Media Network.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure consistent execution across North America, Europe, APAC, and Latam.
• Collaborate with tech and data teams to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure proper adoption of processes and maintain operational playbooks.
• Define and track operational KPIs to measure efficiency, output, and quality.
• Bridge the gap between strategy and execution by managing critical tools and procedures.

Requirements

• English proficiency: Must be fluent in written and spoken English.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in operations consulting, media operations, or production management in fast-paced organizations.
• Proven ability in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
• Comfortable working with data, defining KPIs, and moving from strategy to execution.
• Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, or Airtable.
