What you will do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CPO and senior leadership team on strategic people initiatives.
- Oversee and prioritize a global project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate long-term goals.
- Lead the Leadership and Development team (7 specialists) to deliver learning and performance management programs.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration and facilitate executive-level decision-making processes.
- Drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives to support the "One " vision.
- Translate complex people strategies into actionable, measurable steps across the global organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior People, Culture, or HR leadership role within complex or matrixed organizations.
- Deep understanding of leadership frameworks, talent development, succession planning, and organizational capability.
- Strong discipline in project portfolio management, governance, and reporting.
- Advanced strategic thinking with the ability to navigate sensitive topics and influence senior stakeholders.
- High emotional intelligence with a focus on building inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Capability to distill complex ideas into clear narratives for executive audiences.
