C++ Software Engineer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain core software components for network traffic analysis and system facilities.
• Design and implement RESTful API business logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of software and hardware engineers in the R&D department.
• Contribute to system design, development, and testing processes.
• Participate in full product development cycles from design to implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience with modern C++ (14/17/20).
• Strong proficiency in C++ primitives for multi-threading and concurrency.
• Solid understanding of GNU/Linux system and kernel concepts.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Proficiency in English (written and oral).
• Must be willing to work from the office in Eindhoven at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Test and Google Mock for unit testing.
• Expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling, GitLab, and Debian packaging.
