DSP Software Developer (Embedded DSP): Developing and optimizing audio algorithms for ultra-low-power DSP platforms in intelligent hearing solutions with an accent on fixed-point and floating-point signal processing, efficient code, and algorithm implementation. Focus on testing team deliveries, debugging platform defects, and translating product requirements into maintainable Scrum-based development tasks.
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands; onsite at the R&D site

What you will do
- Develop new audio algorithms and refine existing ones.
- Adapt and optimize algorithms for an ultra-low-power DSP platform.
- Create efficient, maintainable embedded software.
- Test team deliveries through module, unit, and electrical input/output testing.
- Investigate and fix platform defects.
- Translate product requirements into development tasks, estimate effort, and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineering, embedded systems, computer science, physics, or a comparable technical field.
- Experience with several of C, assembly, C#, and Matlab.
- Experience with fixed-point and floating-point DSP programming, sial processing, and algorithm desi, implementation, or simulation.
- Experience with debugging, problem solving, Continuous Integration, Git, TFS, Jenkins, or similar tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies; SAFe is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with electro-acoustics or psychoacoustics.
- Knowledge of Dutch.
- SAFe experience.
