TL;DR

Compensation: $35/hour - $45/hour (US-based)

What you will do

  • Use proprietary tools to label, annotate, and record multilingual audio samples and voice data.
  • Ensure high-quality representation of linguistic details like intonation, rhythm, and accent.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine speech modulation and noise-handling capabilities.
  • Improve annotation workflows and speech data processing tools.
  • Provide detailed feedback on audio quality and multilingual nuances in speech interactions.

Requirements

  • Native proficiency in Dutch with understanding of diverse accents and regional variations.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Must have a computer: Chromebook, Mac (macOS 11+), or Windows 10+.
  • Strong auditory perception to identify prosodic and phonetic nuances.
  • Ability to accurately transcribe and annotate complex audio material.
  • No visa sponsorship provided.

Nice to have

  • Background in linguistics, speech science, or cognitive science.
  • Experience with speech/audio datasets and AI training workflows.
  • Professional background in voice acting, podcasting, or voice production.
  • Portfolio demonstrating annotated transcripts or audio-related work.
