TL;DR

Revenue Growth Consultant: Driving revenue growth by up-selling add-on products to existing hotel clients with an accent on value articulation and sales pipeline management. Focus on demonstrating product benefits, conducting platform demonstrations, and providing market intelligence to improve sales performance.

Location: Hybrid (Barcelona, 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Contact existing customers to identify upsell opportunities and showcase additional product solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial value demonstration to activation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for add-on products like hirify.global Pay and Channels Plus.
  • Collect market intelligence regarding competitive threats and customer objections.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to advocate for the value and ROI of products.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience required.
  • Fluency in English (C2 level) required.
  • Must be able to work in the Barcelona office 3 days per week.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards defined targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.
  • Proactive growth mindset with openness to learning and feedback.
