What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle targeting tier-one banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
- Demonstrate how AI-driven analytics de-risk DeFi participation and optimize operational workflows.
- Translate complex blockchain and AI concepts into clear value propositions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage high-level relationships with key stakeholders during their transition to decentralized infrastructure.
- Provide strategic market feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future platform features.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B enterprise sales, specifically in SaaS, FinTech, or data analytics.
- Deep understanding of legacy finance (TradFi) compliance and risk frameworks.
- Strong fluency in blockchain architecture and Decentralized Finance (DeFi) concepts.
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Entrepreneurial mindset for navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Canton Network, privacy-enabled blockchains, or enterprise DLT solutions.
