What you will do

• Drive onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of Data Cloud & Agentforce workloads.
• Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies and adoption paths for strategic accounts.
• Act as a post-sale technical lead, providing architectural guidance and ensuring seamless integration with existing customer systems.
• Manage executive-level relationships and facilitate discovery conversations to identify and solve nuanced business needs.
• Identify risks to customer success and work with account teams to execute mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide voice-of-the-customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM.
• Proven expertise in CRM, Data Architecture, and AI/ML technologies.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Clouds and Martech stacks.
• Ability to engage and influence C-level executives in complex, large-scale organizations.
• Proficiency in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Must be based in or eligible to work in New Zealand or Australia.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of modern data programming models like Python or R.
• Strong background in building 0-1 products within startups or large enterprises.
• Advanced certifications in hirify.global administration and architecture.
