What you will do
- Drive onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of Data Cloud & Agentforce workloads.
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology strategies and adoption paths for strategic accounts.
- Act as a post-sale technical lead, providing architectural guidance and ensuring seamless integration with existing customer systems.
- Manage executive-level relationships and facilitate discovery conversations to identify and solve nuanced business needs.
- Identify risks to customer success and work with account teams to execute mitigation plans.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide voice-of-the-customer feedback and influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in customer-facing solutioning for Data, Analytics, AI, and CRM.
- Proven expertise in CRM, Data Architecture, and AI/ML technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Clouds and Martech stacks.
- Ability to engage and influence C-level executives in complex, large-scale organizations.
- Proficiency in cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Must be based in or eligible to work in New Zealand or Australia.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of modern data programming models like Python or R.
- Strong background in building 0-1 products within startups or large enterprises.
- Advanced certifications in administration and architecture.
