What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Consumer Brands Data portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a team of Data Product Managers to ensure high performance and innovation.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for Generative AI and Machine Learning integration.
• Oversee the roadmap for streaming and publishing data products and personalization capabilities.
• Champion a self-service data culture and ensure stakeholders are empowered to make data-informed decisions.
• Manage relationships with key data vendors and lead complex program interdependencies.

Requirements

• Legal right to work and live in Australia is mandatory.
• Proven leadership experience defining strategy for a portfolio or business line in data product management.
• Domain expertise in media, streaming, or subscription environments with high-volume consumer data.
• Strong grasp of data architecture, SQL, and the end-to-end data product lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience scaling A/B and multi-variate testing programs.
• Expertise in agile development methodologies within cross-functional environments.
