What you will do

• Analyze stakeholder requirements across engineering, product, and commercial teams to shape data-driven business outcomes.
• Translate complex data initiatives into detailed user stories, process flows, and wireframes.
• Support data engineering squads through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
• Partner with engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and cost-efficient delivery options.
• Proactively manage project dependencies, risks, and communication with internal stakeholders.
• Engage with external ratings agencies to clarify requirements and prioritize development goals.

Requirements

• Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
• 3+ years of experience in Data Product Management or Technical Business Analysis.
• Proven track record of balancing consumer experience with commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of data structures and SQL, with a preference for BigQuery experience.
• Deep experience working in an Agile environment using Jira.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into value for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python for data exploration and hypothesis validation.
