What you will do
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone and chat.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them effectively.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings between prospects and sales team members.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Engineers to facilitate smooth lead handoffs.
- Provide operational support and coverage for team members as needed.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the office in Bellevue
- Previous professional experience in customer service or sales support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
