Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 USD base salary

What you will do

• Analyze and resolve requests regarding IT systems issues and enhancements.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access control.
• Provision, configure, and maintain company laptops using MDM tools.
• Administer, enhance, and support IT systems and applications (e.g., Entra ID, MDM, and SaaS-based tools).
• Diagnose and perform basic troubleshooting of LAN, WAN, and other network-related issues.
• Configure, install, and monitor IT systems, maintain accurate inventory and asset records, and document best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar technical role in a global company.
• 2+ Years of experience configuring and supporting Windows and macOS endpoints and their MDM platforms (e.g. Jamf, and Intune).
• Experience leading IT onboarding calls, guiding new hires through system setup, security requirements, and access configuration.
• Basic network troubleshooting experience (e.g., LAN, WAN, patch management, etc.).
• Experience managing and participating in IT projects, collaborating with stakeholders and peers.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI-driven solutions and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Proficient with GAM (Google Apps Manager).
• Working knowledge of multiple operating systems, including Linux and Windows environments.
• Familiarity with SAML-based authentication and automated provisioning for Okta integrations.
• Familiarity with Zero-Trust security principles and access restriction policies.
