What you will do

• Provide prompt, empathetic technical support to employees via tickets, Slack, and email.
• Maintain physical office network, A/V equipment, and IT assets for the NYC location.
• Manage employee lifecycle tasks including hardware provisioning and onboarding.
• Coordinate with vendors for global hardware procurement and shipping.
• Implement and ensure adherence to IT security best practices.
• Provide on-call support for technical escalations and critical issues.

Requirements

• Experience in IT support roles, preferably within startup or remote-first environments.
• Technical proficiency with MacOS and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.
• Ability to be present in the NYC office for 50% of the work week.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
