What you will do

• Partner with Product and Engineering to design comprehensive test strategies for complex features.
• Mentor and coach developers to foster a "built-in quality" mindset.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and shared libraries.
• Contribute to the development of debugging tools and infrastructure.
• Conduct rigorous code reviews for both application and test code.
• Own the quality gates within the release process to ensure high standards of security and reliability.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in automated software testing methodologies and tools.
• You can write and understand code in TypeScript and/or Go.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing end-to-end automation frameworks (UI, API, and Integration) from scratch.
• You have experience influencing and coaching developers to take ownership of their own testing and quality practices.
• Holistic understanding of quality for security products, encompassing performance, resilience, and vulnerability assessment.
• English: Fluent in English, with the ability to explain complex technical quality trade-offs to both engineers and product stakeholders.
