What you will do

• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven QA frameworks to optimize test coverage and predictive insights.
• Drive process innovation to reduce manual effort and standardize QA practices across enterprise accounts.
• Integrate modern QA methodologies, including shift-left and continuous testing, into CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and deploy advanced automation strategies for ERP, e-commerce, and cloud-native applications.
• Define metrics and analytics frameworks to monitor QA efficiency, ROI, and defect trends.
• Act as a strategic innovation partner, shaping QA approaches for complex integrated environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of QA experience, including hands-on automation frameworks and large-scale enterprise systems.
• Demonstrated implementation of AI-assisted QA tools, predictive testing, and continuous testing strategies.
• Proven experience optimizing QA processes for ERP, e-commerce, and cloud-native applications.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining QA metrics and predictive insights.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with enterprise clients and internal teams to implement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for conveying technical innovation to stakeholders.

• Experience with AI testing tools such as Playwright MCP or Cursor.
