Location: 3 days per week in the office in Cardiff

What you will do
- Conduct technical audits of end-to-end Transaction Dispute cases and customer interactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor and assess adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely risk mitigation.
- Proactively identify emerging risks and procedural gaps, escalating significant findings to senior stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive Monthly Management Information (MI) reports that translate audit data into actionable business insights.
- Identify systemic trends and root causes to provide strategic feedback for training and policy updates.
Requirements
- Experienced in Disputes & Transaction Claims.
- Understand that a technically accurate, fully documented, and compliant investigation with FCA expectations and Consumer Duty is a "great outcome".
- Skilled at delivering constructive, evidence-based feedback and explaining complex regulatory requirements.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, familiar with Quality Assurance frameworks.
- Objective with the "investigative curiosity" needed to spot what isn't there.
