What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated Unit, System, CIT, and SIT testing plans.
• Coordinate test schedules, environments, and data availability across delivery streams.
• Facilitate the defect management process, including triage, prioritization, and resolution.
• Track test execution progress and report risks or dependencies to programme stakeholders.
• Ensure testing activities adhere to governance standards and maintain requirement traceability.
• Support business-led testing phases and enable informed sign-off decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in London, UK
• 10+ years of experience in software testing
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership
• Experience in large-scale financial services programme delivery
• Deep understanding of the OEMS end-to-end life cycle and asset management
• Proficiency with JIRA for test and defect management

• Relevant testing certifications
