What you will do

• Act as a key advisor for the Commercial and Government Field Sales and Deal Desk teams.
• Manage deals from concept to booking, including deal structure, quoting, and pricing.
• Oversee management and negotiation of contracts with third-party vendors and contractors.
• Manage the company's Vendor Management Program and mitigate risk exposure from Vendors.
• Manage the company's Compliance Program and ensure the company meets all required regulatory requirements.
• Provide thought leadership on the emerging regulatory environment in the AI policy space.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate or equivalent degree.
• 5-7 years of Deal Desk experience with Commercial and Public Sector customers.
• Start-up experience.
• Experience working with Enterprise customers and Enterprise contracts.
• Strong interest in AI Tech Regulatory Policy.
• Strong understanding of software revenue recognition and order process principles required.

Nice to have

• International experience a plus.
• Experience with Sales compensation plans.
