What you will do

• Lead end-to-end engagements transforming enterprise engineering organizations through discovery, assessment, and co-engineering.
• Design and implement AI-native workflows including Claude Code integration, agentic assistants, and automated testing.
• Define and roll out operating models for AI-native engineering, covering tooling, team structure, and best practices.
• Co-engineer alongside client product teams to integrate new workflows into existing codebases and delivery pipelines.
• Own the technical relationship with senior engineering leadership, including VPs and CTOs.
• Codify repeatable patterns and playbooks for AI-native transformation to scale the practice.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Deep passion for AI-driven software engineering and daily experience with tools like Claude Code or Copilot.
• Proven experience in client-facing technical roles such as consulting, solutions architecture, or engineering leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or Java and comfort with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience driving engineering process change or transformation within large-scale organizations.
• Vertical depth in Financial Services, Energy, or Healthcare.

Nice to have

• Experience with MCP server development or AI agent integration.
• Track record of defining engineering best practices or developer experience.
• External presence in the software engineering or AI tooling community.
• Experience working within partner ecosystems like Anthropic, Databricks, or AWS.
