Location: Hybrid (3 days in office) in South-East England.
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + bonus & benefits

What you will do
- Own end-to-end social creative strategy across Meta and TikTok.
- Build scalable campaign concepts across multiple formats and channels.
- Partner with Growth teams to deliver full-funnel content performance.
- Lead structured testing of hooks, formats, audiences and messaging.
- Shape content direction, calendars and publishing across organic channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a social-first creative or strategy role.
- Strong paid social expertise (Meta essential, TikTok advantageous).
- Ability to interpret performance data and optimise creative direction.
- Track record of developing high-performing content ideas and formats.
- Confidence working cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.
