Focus on shaping hirify.global’s airline distribution strategy across NDC, GDS, and direct partnerships with leading European carriers.

Location: Remote in Spain, Barcelona, or Madrid.

What you will do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of European airline partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial, distribution, and operational topics.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase top-line revenue and improve unit economics.
  • Lead negotiations for new agreements, contract renewals, and extensions, driving improved commercial terms.
  • Develop deep expertise in airline distribution and European airline strategies, translating industry trends into actionable strategies.
  • Partner with Product, Growth/Marketing, and Finance to optimize performance and act as the voice of airline partners internally.
  • Track KPIs, lead Quarterly Business Reviews with airline partners, and build data-driven narratives and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in airline distribution, OTA, TMC, GDS, or airline partnerships in European markets.
  • Proven track record of managing strategic accounts, negotiating commercial agreements, and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of airline distribution, fare structures, and airline economics.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
  • Bilingual or advanced knowledge of German, Spanish, or French is a plus.
  • Highly organized and self-driven, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
