Salary: $204,000 - $254,000 OTE

What you will do

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition and strategy to customers.
• Own the technical engagement with customers to close high-velocity opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, and create enablement material.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and worldwide customers.
• Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
• Self-motivated, initiative, and creative.
