What you will do
- Prepare and develop technical demonstrations of the software to explain products or services to prospects and customers.
- Discuss needs and pains in the HR tech space with customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Listen to customers' technical requirements and relay feedback to the product team.
- Solicit and log client feedback to create new sales and marketing strategies.
- Assist in training members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Presales/ Sales Consulting role with HCM Enterprise solutions or practitioner experience with domain expertise in HR systems.
- Proven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutions.
- Experience as a Business/Systems Analyst with the ability to understand requirements of the business and configure applications to meet business needs.
- Depth of experience across the full HCM suite including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
- Excellent Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills.
- Self Starter with a curious mindset, resourceful, and solutions oriented.
