What you will do

  • Lead the full sales cycle with a strong focus on prospecting.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts in Argentina.
  • Research, map, and build tailored action plans for each prospective client.
  • Design and implement innovative customer acquisition strategies across different industries and regions.
  • Act as a hirify.global ambassador in industry forums and external events.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in consultative sales, ideally selling to HR decision-makers.
  • Previous experience across industries such as Technology, Healthcare, or Financial Services.
  • Experience working in startup environments.
  • Strong strategic skills, with experience leading commercial initiatives.
  • High resilience and proactivity.
  • Data-driven and hands-on profile, with autonomy to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • English proficiency: Strong command of English is required.

Nice to have

  • MBA or international experience is considered a plus.
