What you will do

• Identify new revenue opportunities through lateral selling in partnership with the Account Executive.
• Lead multiple customer engagements simultaneously to drive business transformations and customer outcomes.
• Maintain consistent and highly successful delivery across all workstreams.
• Motivate and retain a high-performing and engaged project team.
• Provide regular status and financial reporting and manage account financials.
• Partner with Delivery Managers and supply to improve the hirify.global delivery process and methodology.

Requirements

• 8+ years experience in leading complex software delivery projects.
• Experience in the banking/financial services sector(s).
• Experience with senior level stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Experience in an agile environment, experience with SDLC, SCRUM, and LEAN.
• Experience in distributed and remote agile delivery.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
