What you will do

• Establish and guide effective Agile ceremonies and team practices.
• Lead project kick-offs, develop roadmaps, and track progress against goals.
• Manage prioritization and trade-offs with business partners to align with technology objectives.
• Remove blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks.
• Optimize delivery workflows and partner with squads to drive meaningful change.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an Iteration or Agile Delivery role within a technical environment.
• Deep knowledge of modern Agile practices.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products alongside product and dev teams.
• Ability to distill complex business requirements into clear stories and tasks.
• Scrum Master certification and proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
• Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
