TL;DR

Senior Delivery Manager (Delivery Management): Accountable for successful project delivery across cross-functional teams with an accent on agile methodology, risk mitigation, and budget oversight. Focus on fostering client relationships, coaching delivery teams, and contributing to the community of practice to enhance overall project standards.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Bristol, London, Manchester, or Swansea) with a hybrid-working policy.

Salary: £40,500 - £60,000 / year

What you will do

  • Ensure delivery success across scope, budget, and quality through weekly reporting.
  • Manage team resourcing and oversee compliance with critical business processes.
  • Support hiring activities, including interviewing, and manage the performance of other Delivery Managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and foster repeat business.
  • Coach teams on delivery methods and advocate for best practices.
  • Contribute to the Delivery Community of Practice to improve internal practices.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible for SC (security check) clearance, which requires 5 years of UK residency.
  • Experience in managing commercial project fundamentals and SOW deliverables.
  • Proficiency in risk management, including identification, assessment, and mitigation.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to foster trust with stakeholders at all levels through constructive feedback.
  • Experience managing budgets and burndown within project lifecycles.
