What you will do

• Translate complex strategic goals into predictable, disciplined delivery roadmaps.
• Orchestrate integrations across Data, Ad-Tech, Engineering, and Marketing functions.
• Lead and mentor a team of Delivery Managers, fostering a shift toward delivery ownership.
• Implement fit-for-purpose governance frameworks that balance agile flexibility with rigorous migration needs.
• Use data-driven metrics to identify and resolve systemic bottlenecks.
• Manage competing priorities across Engineering, Product, and Commercial leadership teams.

Requirements

• Must have the right to lawfully work and live in Australia.
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale software projects in complex, high-traffic environments.
• Demonstrated history of executing digital roadmaps within PMO or large-scale transformation contexts.
• Proven leadership experience in managing delivery professionals and navigating organizational change.
• Strong analytical background with a focus on diagnosing delivery bottlenecks using performance data.
• Ability to effectively influence and manage stakeholders across technical and commercial disciplines.
