What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of Delivery Leads to foster a high-performance culture.
• Act as the primary interface between Product strategy and Engineering feasibility.
• Implement data-driven flow metrics to diagnose bottlenecks and optimize value streams.
• Drive organizational evolution from siloed teams toward horizontal value delivery.
• Manage complex dependencies and risks across multiple product squads.
• Translate delivery performance data into clear, actionable narratives for C-level leadership.

Requirements

• Must have existing right to work and live in Australia.
• Extensive experience in Agile leadership within high-traffic, always-on digital environments.
• Proven expertise in systems thinking and managing WIP at a portfolio level.
• Strong background in change management and operating model shifts.
• Exceptional ability to influence and present data-driven outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Must be able to work 3 days per week from the North Sydney office.
