What you will do

• Own deliverables as a product, maintaining documentation and technical artifacts for customer installation, integration, and operation.
• Track delivery KPIs, including time-to-integration, SLA adherence, incident resolution time, client satisfaction, and version coverage per client.
• Track and coordinate client projects across pre-sales, integration, deployment, and production, ensuring technical continuity.
• Serve as primary technical escalation point for client CTOs, architects, and integration teams.
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of 3–8 Solutions Engineers in Vancouver.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years in technical delivery, professional services, or solutions engineering in fintech, banking, or digital assets.
• 3+ years managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on familiarity with REST APIs, SSO, database, containers and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Fluency in Agile at scale and tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
• Willingness to travel regularly for client engagements.
