Senior Agent Architect (AI)

Location: New York office or remotely in the USA

Salary: $156,000–$178,000 USD per year, plus performance-based variable compensation and equity.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI agent deployments across enterprise CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms.
• Build and configure integrations using REST APIs, integration platforms, authentication patterns, and data transformation logic.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, Solution Engineering, Sales, and customers on complex integration scenarios and deployment blockers.
• Test architecture reliability, integrations, and AI agent performance under real-world conditions.
• Translate customer workflows into LLM prompts, conversational components, and reliable agent behavior.
• Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output using SSML, lexicons, and regular expressions; document best practices and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles involving solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration.
• Strong systems thinking and experience solving technical problems across multiple systems and data sources.
• Experience implementing complex SaaS solutions at scale, including CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, or ticketing systems.
• Proficiency with REST API design, JSON/XML, Postman or similar API testing tools, OAuth, API keys, and JWT.
• Experience interpreting API documentation, transforming data, and mapping fields across enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong project and stakeholder management, analytical problem-solving, and ability to translate customer requirements into LLM prompts and conversational flows.

Nice to have

• Conversation design, prompt engineering, chain-of-thought or few-shot learning experience.
• A/B testing experience for evaluating agent performance.
