AI Solutions Architect & Agent Builder (AI)

Location: Hybrid work from the hirify.global office in Novi, Michigan, or Sunnyvale, California, at least 3 days per week. Willingness to travel and flexibility with working hours are required.

Salary: $125,250–$183,700 per year, with other compensation potentially available depending on the position.

What you will do

• Design end-to-end architectures for AI-powered applications, intelligent agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
• Create and maintain reusable solution blueprints, reference implementations, and domain-specific patterns.
• Shape business use cases, assess feasibility, define requirements, and translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Define integrations between AI solutions, enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business workflows.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, and platform capabilities.
• Build proofs of concept and prototypes, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and guide development teams through deployment and operationalization.

Requirements

• Senior individual-contributor experience in solution architecture and AI application design.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, platform teams, enterprise architects, developers, and data engineers.
• Ability to work from the Novi, Michigan, or Sunnyvale, California, office at least 3 days per week.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours to support global infrastructure demands.
