TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Video Surveillance): Promoting and educating integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on hirify.global IP video solutions within the Midwest region with an accent on maintaining relationships with prospects and current customers. Focus on conducting product demonstrations, presentations, and participating in trade shows and seminars.

Location: Remote (Must reside in the Greater Tri City Area)

Salary: $125,000 to $140,000 OTE (Dependent on education, experience and location)

What you will do

  • Promote and educate integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users on the benefits of IP Video and Axis cameras.
  • Maintain fluid and dedicated relations with prospects and current customers.
  • Arrange and execute site visits to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, lunch and learns and speaking seminars.
  • Work cohesively with Axis Communication’s Application Development Partners.
  • Actively participate in trade shows, seminars, Axis Academies, Webinars and other promotional sales activities.
  • Prepare weekly sales reports with new and existing projects.

Requirements

  • Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor a presentation to meet customer needs with a responsible independent drive.
  • Ability to effectively motivate in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Trustworthy and resourceful disposition.
  • Public speaking skills.
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent electronic trade training.
  • 5+ years’ in sales driven position.
  • Strong technical background.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office applications.
