What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Professional Services Consultants and Specialists.
• Define departmental goals aligned with company strategy and drive execution through key performance metrics and operational reporting.
• Provide strategic oversight of travel software implementations, including GDS integrations, PNR logic, and TMC workflow optimization.
• Ensure travel configuration and data integrations align with corporate travel policies, customer requirements, and downstream systems.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex travel system and integration issues, guiding consultants in troubleshooting and resolution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to enhance solutions, resolve issues, and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, college diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years leading direct reports with a focus on coaching, development, and constructive feedback.
• 4+ years of PM experience within a fast-paced technology or software implementation environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with hirify.global products or equivalent enterprise platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Sabre, Amadeus, and Travelport (Apollo, Galileo, Worldspan).
• Deep understanding of PNR structure, ticketing, exchanges, TMC logic, and booking/rebooking workflows.
