What you will do

• Architect and execute a mix of trade shows, third-party sponsorships, and company-hosted events.
• Partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Ops to capture and track leads in HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to tailor marketing activities to regional priorities.
• Lead internal high-visibility events such as Sales Kick Offs and leadership offsites.
• Analyze and report on event performance to demonstrate measurable ROI.
• Ensure consistent messaging regarding AI-powered governance across all marketing touchpoints.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or event management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in HubSpot and Salesforce for tracking and optimizing performance.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-stakes initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence capabilities.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for on-site event execution.
