What you will do

• Oversee multiple CGI projects for the SaaS platform from onboarding to final delivery.
• Track progress of tasks using standardized production workflows.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal and external resources to meet project goals.
• Lead team meetings to maintain alignment on project updates and deadlines.
• Create project timelines, statements of work, and detailed delivery plans.

Requirements

• Background as a Project Manager, Asset Producer, or Traffic Manager in marketing, advertising, or creative production.
• Proven ability to maintain excellent client relationships and communicate clearly.
• Experience managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English and strong organizational skills, particularly in Excel.
• Understanding of design and the creative process for photorealistic content.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
