What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex cross-functional projects across multiple business areas.
• Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and performance milestones.
• Own and maintain project documentation including project plans, RACI matrices, and RAID logs.
• Oversee the adoption of AI tools and intelligent workflows across the organization.
• Improve SDLC efficiency through project planning and process automation.
• Provide status updates and proactively manage risks and project conflicts.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience with at least 2 years in an international environment.
• Must work US Central Time (CT) hours.
• English proficiency: comfortable leading meetings with top management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Proven ability to integrate AI tools into business processes to increase productivity.
• Experience with project management software (Monday preferred) and Google Workspace.
