Customer Service Representative (Igaming): Providing the best possible service to customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems about products and services with an accent on efficient and accurate responses. Focus on active listening, clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients.
Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home. Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing in all jurisdictions Bally’s operates in.
Salary: $46,200 USD

What you will do
- Understand and address customer needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to contacts, explaining all possible solutions courteously and professionally.
- Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing angry clients.
- Utilize software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Comply with call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.
- Participate in training, coaching and any other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and position.
Requirements
- Have passion for creating amazing customer experiences.
- Understand how to balance quality vs. quantity.
- Demonstrate excellent thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to sit for extended periods and work on a computer with repetitive hand and wrist movement.
- Have exceptional attention to details.
- Demonstrate fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred).
